We can see if the anti-virus is working as it should and also that your back up has completed correctly all at the click of a mouse.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Server monitoring Checks all Windows services and disk space on the server. Includes Exchange "Bad Mail" folder check, system' Event Viewer etc.
PING checks Provides facility for checks on network devices, remote offices or remote devices.
 
Daily safety - check services
 
SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Daily backup check Ensures backup has completed successfully. If not, an alert message is sent to us.
Daily anti-virus check Ensures that the anti-virus software is using the most up to date pattern files. If not, an alert message is sent to us.
Exchange Information Store size check Ensures that the size of Information Store does not get above threshold set by you. If it does, an alert message is sent to us.
Physical Health Check We can look for smart disk alerts, check if any disk has failed and even look for failed memory. If there is a problem it will alert us immediately.
Hacker check It watches out for anyone trying to gain access to your system. We are always kept informed.

Why we recommend it ?

Many problems related to today's IT systems start before you can see any error messages. Monitoring allows us to find out about the problem before your system crashes. Having this information we can quickly take the necesary action against it and fix your system without interrupting your work.

How it works ?

It's very simple. All you need is an "agent" software (provided by us) and a working internet connection. The agent software collects information from the server and sends it to our helpdesk control panel. The agent works as a background process and uses very little resources on the server, so as not to affect performance.
