on a per PC and Server per annum basis with no hidden charges. You can keep control

Level 1 IT Support Contracts
Level 1 IT Support Contracts ensure that your IT system never lets you down.
Level 1 IT Support Contracts include:
- Unlimited phone or e-mail access to the PC Docs Help Desk, Mon-Fri, 09.00-18.00
- Unlimited remote 'fix' system access
- Plus, on-site visits at the reduced hourly rate
- 8 hour on-site response time for PC's
- 4 hour on-site response time for Servers
- Switches, hubs, broadband routers and firewalls are included FREE of charge
